I am thinking of doing a clinical rotation in Minot and the question of where to live is a big one. In 2008 I went through the area and it was great, very quiet and peaceful. Affordable.

Now - holy cow, what a mess.

I am in Grand Forks currently and love it here, but - I have to do my clinical training so there it is. I will have to rent I suppose since the housing is off the charts. Wow, such a nightmare with this boom. : (
