The Parade of Homes is going on right now, and the number of homes on the tour is drastically down from usual--the POH book is practically a "pamphlet" compared to usual.

Fayetteville is still building. My new house should be ready at the end of the month.

The Triangle sold over 1,900 homes and Charlotte 2,200 homes respectively for the month of August, not bad for nowadays.
