The job market is tight in Charlotte - many, many qualified people have relocated here so employers get their pick of the best. You would most likely find a job quicker than your husband. He should start contacting some recruiters to get his resume out there and see what things look like. Not sure what you consider a "good" computer job salary-wise, but the best will be in Charlotte or Raleigh. Best of luck to you!
