North Iredell High School. go to NC website, click on education, then Iredell-Statesville schools, then North
Not if she's interested in auto tech for her HS son. NASCAR tech is post-secondary.
But if her son is interested enough to take the auto tech classes in high school don't you think it's possible he might also be interested in doing the NASCAR Tech afterwards?

yes, but he's got to graduate first AND then come up with $$ for NASCAR Tech. NOT CHEAP! or could do motorsports management at Rowan-Cabarrus.....

Well, college or any educational efforts after high school will cost, sometimes more than others, but it's always a wise investment! At least her son will have these options if they do move to the area.
My son went to Nascar Tech. when they first opened going on 5 years ago.Back then to give you an idea was around $24,000k I am sure its up to as much as 28k or so.
Not cheap and i am still paying for it!!Kids and parents can get student loans to finance the whole tuition though.
thanks for the info, aside from the tech part does anyone have any suggestions on a high school in this area? If you were moving to iredell county which school would you pick to enroll child?? I now know where to get info, but i would like to hear from anyone out in this area who may have some suggestions, when you actually live in an area you hear alot more then you see on websites pros cons to different schools. thanks
