I think the answer to your question is "YES". NC's educational aspirations are seeming to line up with Arkansas. Let's give a big round of applause to the Tea Party fools in the Legislature for ripping NC public education apart.

I don't think you've been here long enough to understand....our educational system has ALWAYS been significantly lacking...yes, even under Democrats! The problem is not just the "Tea Party" fools.
