So? Early voting is a terrible idea. What happens if the media finally decides to publish some of Hillary's emails right before election day? Can people who've already voted change their minds and vote again?
NY has the right idea on voting.

So you like long lines on election day?

I have to work 8-5 on election day. My precinct is more than 20 miles from my work location... in the opposite direction from my home. Early voting is a huge convenience for a lot of people.

Early voting is my preferred method of voting. Like roadpony mentioned, it beats waiting in a long line on election day.

It's been working fine in Oregon for nearly 20 years.

What if Trump says something stupid....Oh wait.

And it absolutely isn't a terrible idea. I know what I am doing when I vote early. I know there can be some risks. Don't use big government to reduce my chances to vote. There is no way I could vote on actual election day.

If Hillary shot Trump on 5th ave. the day before the elections she would get even more votes.

And if I were there at that moment, I'd vigorously applaud and yell "I'm with her!"
