Daycare @ Greensboro (Winston-Salem, High Point, Salem: day care, home, living in)

Hi! I am currently living in NYC and going to relocate in Greensboro North Carolina in the summer 2016...
I am looking to start a daycare in Greensboro. I want to know how do I start my business. To start is better a home daycare or a daycare center it wouldn't be to hard to start with?. Also I would like to know the prices and requirements to have a day care in Greensboro.. Is Greensboro a good place to have a daycare?. It is in high demand of daycare?.
Any information will be greatly appreciated.. If anyone have suggestions it will be appreciated.
