Hello,
I'm compiling a list of prefab home builders with factories on North Carolina soil. My search has been a little more difficult than anticipated. Most information I find is for retail sales lots, I'm not interested in the retail end.
Can anyone share the name or location (even just the general area) of some factories located in North Carolina? Modular, Log, SIPS, Heavy Timber or any sort of housing Manufacturers would be appreciated.
I'm in the industry and considering relocation to NC. I'm compiling a list of potential employers.
Back when I lived in Wilkes-Barre I worked for Simplex while they were featured on the Bob Vila show. They are by all means a top notch facility, with a fantastic staff. But that would be one heck of a daily commute from the Carolinas!

LOL, you are right!
In that case, do look at R-Anell (near Charlotte), but also my absolute favorite modular log home company, Blue Ridge Log Cabins (near Asheville)
Only manufactured housing? Ritz-Craft builds modular homes and one of their factories is out on 74 near Hamlet/Lumberton.
Knew I was forgetting someone Good job!
