My neighbor that lives above me goes nutty and pounds something heavy psychotically on the floor which serves as my ceiling sometimes when I am playing music. He pounds so loudly that the walls shake and it sounds like the ceiling will cave in. Sometimes he does it when I'm not playing any music. It's getting to be pretty stupid and weird. Plus I've never seen the neighbor because he or she never leaves its house.
