I have a female friend that needs a place for next year and it just so happens that one of my roommates is moving out. I figure its better to live with her than some random person I don't know anything about.
I know she's going to pay rent, I know I get along with her, and I know she's mostly sane.
At the same time she is a very "sexual person" I don't know how else to put that. She's like a guy where she hits on everyone that gives her the time of day and has hit on me and has tried to get me interested. She's not skanky, she always has a BF, she goes from one to another without a lot of a gap. So I can guarantee there will be some loud sex and when there isn't she might be hitting me.
I'm not worried about hooking up with her. Even though she's ok looking I have other options and I understand how much of a mess that would make. What I am worried about is that I am underestimating how awkward this can get. Also worried she might accidentally "**** block" me if I have a party or something and people think we're together. Its kind of too late as she is already on the lease. Just wondering if I screwed myself.

i agree, she sounds trustworthy, id be cool with it, set some ground rules to start with , and look at the upside, maybe she has some hot friends that will come over..
