My mother's wedding ring. My parents were married for 46 years, ended only by my mother's death. It reminds me that some people really do stay together their whole lives - or at least, they used to.
- Dad's old Aviator sunglasses. Bunch of pictures from his college/20's partying on the beach with the same pair on.
- A German Luger pistol my grandfather took off a surrendering German officer in WWII.
- Program from my grandfather's funeral stays in my suit coat pocket. Take it out only to get it dry-cleaned. Just left it in there for a long time and always have good luck with it in there.
