This last week, a radio station announced Nate Burleson from the Detroit Lions will be in town signing autographs. I thought it would be an awesome idea to get my brother something signed from him. I was able to buy a photo and a football, both were signed.
My initial idea was to get him a photo. I didn't know they were going to sell footballs, too. So, I bought both. Now, I'm debating which do I give him. My family suggests I keep the football and he gets the autographed photo. However, the photo isn't all that great; there's an image of the store name on the bottom, plus the NFL symbol and some other stuff. It will look pretty good in a frame though.
I'm thinking he'll like the football a lot more. I'm not a big football fan, more so in baseball. I'm might even give him both.

You went there to get 'something' for your brother.
Mission accomplished.
Give him both!
I would give your brother both, he'll be thrilled . You're not a fan of the team, your step dad is not a fan- but your brother is. Give the items to the one who would find them meaningful.
