Hi. Thank you for your response. I am possibly moving to NY for work in Gramercy Park. I know that I won't be able to afford to live in the city. Was wondering what you recommend for residences/counties/cities that are about 30 minutes away ?

I'm not sure you realize how large NYC is. Thirty minutes' ride from Gramercy Park will STILL have you in NYC....
