Anybody has any good ideas about where to look to find rental houses in Rockland/Orange Co, NY?

Any areas we should not be looking in those counties?

Becareful with the city of newburgh.
It's like the east new york, bedstuy, bushwick, and brownsville of Orange county.
Probably even worse.
