My husband has a good job opportunity in the Johnstown area. I checked Great Schools, but could find no information about the high schools. We have two kids, one who is going into 8th grade, and the other is going into into 3rd. Our 3rd grader has some special education needs. How are the schools in the area overall? Are there drama clubs, chorus, etc. at the high school level? Our 8th grader loves the arts. We lived in Carmel, NY for years and are now in NC trying to get back to the Northeast. I know standardized test scores for schools are important, but they don't always paint an accurate picture of what a school has to offer. Any help would be really appreciated.
