While there are a range of neighborhoods in Upstate NY cities and know of/about neighborhoods like Strathmore, Sedgwick and Scottholm in Syracuse; Parkside in Buffalo; Cobbs Hill and East Avenue in Rochester; parts of the West Side in Binghamton; along Parkway and parts of South Utica, parts of south/SE Watertown along Washington and near Thompson Park and perhaps the Union Triangle and GE Plot in Schenectady that have that "Old Money" look and feel.
