Had a friend who lived there and always had trouble parking in their own designated spot due to visitors parking wherever they felt like it. I would stay away and look for something else, possibly Nanuet. Thiells and Haverstraw area is a big drug locale. Good luck!

we are looking to buy a town home. So parking will not be a issue. Information about thiells and haverstraw scares me now. More insight will be better

Just found out that Northland Rockland Schools are gonna go through a consolidation phase in next few years. In addition taxes are further supposed to go up in this area according to original plan. In addition GeoOne is also looking to decrease their current tax from $150MM to $5MM. Guess who pays for the difference?

This explains why all these properties are sitting for 6 months or more on market even at a bargain. So buyer beware!!
