Average utility cost for Rockland County home (Hartsdale: condo, new home)

We are currently living in a 1,200 SQ FT 3BR/2BA condo in Hartsdale with all electric service provided by Con Edison and we currently keep the temperature 66F in the winter and 68F in the summer via central air. Our average monthly bill is about $315.

We are debating a new home purchase in Rockland County and hoped the escape Con Edison. Is $500 average bill for 3,300 SQ FT 4BR/2.5BA including 2 zone heating/cooling about right? Utilities seem to be higher near NYC than other parts of NY.
