It would seem appropriate to have the students publically apoligize with their parents present then they can spend a saturday or two washing buses as punishment.

I used to drive a school bus on Long Island. When I had enough seniority, I was able to get a route in a district where we didn't have the middle school contract. Ask any driver, middle school kids are the absolute worst age group. It's disgusting what these kids did...I feel so bad for the woman who was their target. I lost a dad and two brothers to suicide, ao I can relate to the pain they caused by their comments on her son. It has to be a thousand times worse for her. How cruel can children be?
they are touching her face and person. this goes past verbal abuse. this is assault.
these were hispanic kids, the old woman is white. this attack could have racial motivation.

Pure and simple. These children didn't come by this naturally. White trash.
