Please help looking for low crime. Land of 1-2 acres. Love snow. Good schools for children. Which towns would you recommend. Also not to far from canadian border. Is there any parts like the movies around christmas time.

If you want snow, you ought to look into the Tug Hill Plateau, and other areas near Lake Ontario. I don't know if these are close enough to the Canadian border for you, and I have no idea about schools or crime out there.

How about some areas surrounding Buffalo, NY? Lots of nice land in Clarence, as well as other parts. About 20-25 minutes from the Canadian Border, on lake erie - Moderator cut: realtor soliciting Best of luck
