I believe they live in the immediate area, but perhaps in places like Big Flats, Horseheads, Watkins Glen, Elmira's Historic West Side and West Elmira. I know many of them send their kids to area Catholic schools(Holy Family/Notre Dame), but I think some have kids in districts like Horseheads, Corning and Watkins Glen. Wellsboro in Northern PA might have some too.
