Kids who's parents lost their jobs are going to start applying to places like Baruch instead of NYU & Columbia. The quality of education is still there without the high sticker price.

If people don't think highly of CUNYs, then they must not be familiar with them. Yes, some CUNYs may have better resources than others, but the CUNY system is something to be proud of.
