It's at 70th St. ALL THE WAY EAST.

From Penn Station take any train up to 42nd St. Then take the Shuttle across to the east side and finally take the Lexington Avenue local to East 68th St - Hunter College. Get off and walk EAST 4 long blocks to York Avenue. You'll be right at the hospital - can't miss it.

Probably too late, but you could also take the E train from Penn Station to Lexington (51st Street) and transfer to the uptown 6 train to 68th Street

It's really not that difficult or time-consuming.

There's always the bus: Washington Hts. bound M4 at W.32nd St. and 7th Av. to W.72nd St. and Madison Av. and from there transfer to the York Av. bound M72 to the last stop. Walk 2 short blocks south to your destination.
