I'll be staying at the gramercy park hotel next month for a week. I need to know the best place to rent a 7 series around there for my stay. money isnt an issue . I won't be venturing outside manhattan after i get picked up at la guardia so please recommend something close..subway taking is a no go for me too
Offhand, I cannot think of a 7 series rental agency. If you are interested in a Continental Flying Spur or a Quattroporte, check out Gotham Dream Cars. They also have exotics, but since you're looking for a 7, I assume you'd want a sedan.

I thought of recommending zipcar also but I don't think their models would meet the requirements as specified by the OP and as responded to by bmw. The fella from LA has a high end vehicle requiremnt, which I fear zipcar may not be able to meet.
Why would you want to rent a car to drive around Manhattan? Driving a car is one thing, parking it is another story. Even if money is not an issue, traffic can be awful and parking in Manhattan is such a pain in the neck it's not really worth the hassle for short trips on the island. Why not just take cabs or, better yet, open an account with a car service? That way you can just call them and they'll take you wherever you want go.

Zipcar, while an excellent service that I personally use to supplement when I need a truck or van, doesn't go up to a 7, though they do rent 3 series BMWs.
What NYC does best is to cater to the "money not an issue" folks. I would google for car service agencies in NYC. There are plenty of high end car service provider here in NYC. Good luck and enjoy your stay!!
