Makes sense. JetBlue wants to expand throughout the European market. I see bargin basement fare to London. Clearly they are just flying there right now to build their name on the route. 90% of the fare is taxes, airport fees and other fees.

I have friends who have worked for them for over 10 years. They seem fairly satisfied. JetBlue and Delta employees have higher job satisfaction than other airlines.

Anyways has anybody applied at JetBlue? I wonder what types of positions they want to fill.

From the reading, it sounds like JB is already playing with the idea of moving its headquarters far away from NY. In my opinion all big businesses that plan to survive should leave NY due to the political crisis.
Just curious. How can you tell they are here illegally by looking at them?

I wouldn't be surprised about Jamaica especially as a crash pad and investment. Lots of new construction, some of it market rate, serviceable amenities nearby with banks, grocery stores, pharmacies, and other basics, pretty wide collection of eateries, and really close to JFK, really fast and frequent service to the city, and not completely awful to LGA.

Hawaiian Airlines also flies out of JFK non-stop.

Currently, it is Alaska, Hawaiian and now Delta (Dec 17) non-stop from JFK

I do think that the two having a single shared Airtrain (essentially automated light metro as the Vancouver Skytrain is) can make some sense.

Great. JetBlue is a terrific airline and it’s expansion is great for NYC as well.
