I think he refers to 4650 Broadway. I think it was a city building.

I feel bad for the neighbors who live in those old tenement buildings. The noise pollution that tenants will encounter for the next three to five years due to a skyscraper being constructed there shortly…

I was in Washington Heights the other day and noticed the Audubon Ballroom windows up top were all smashed out. What happened? Demolition?

Some of those newer hospital buildings (modern glass) are awful to see in the Heights because the older buildings there have so much history and charm.

I did notice the streets seemed noticeably clean. No filth and garbage along Broadway.
