Saw that same situation myself a few weeks ago. Two guys smoking from a glass pipe. The one guy who was a bit older them his friend, stood up with a glazed look making a strange honking, gurgling sound. It was at 5AM and freezing outside, and I got this sick feeling of darkness and despair watching the whole scene unfold. Ugh.
