Wow what a moron, he will be picked up soon and fired from his job for being a bully. He wasn't smart enough to know mass surveillance covers all of NYC.

There's probably more to the story like did the kid come close to hitting him on the bike, whether on purpose or not and did the kid throw the first punch.

There was another story yesterday about a security guard at a Long Island gated community being arrested for knocking out a visitor he didn't let in. Like this story, there was probably more to it like possibly the victim throwing the first punch.

Stupid articles. The headline and a few sentences in the article say that this guy punched the kid because he was riding on the sidewalk.

Then:
"That led to a verbal argument, law enforcement sources said, which ended seconds later when the man punched the teenager multiple times in the face."

So now we know that the kid stopped and bothered to have an argument with this guy. Which doesn't mean he had any right to touch him or punch him or anything, but let's not pretend the dude walked over to a kid on a bike and punched him in the face, like this manipulative pos article wants you to believe.

I don't give a rat's behind what happened, you don't put your hands on a kid regardless of what is said, period, end of discussion.

You can't even hit your own kids for "mouthing off" without consequences and repercussions, so what makes some you think it's ok to whack someone else's?

Even if this eegjt was hit, foot run over or whatever by kid on a bike, he has no rights to beat up on a child.

Guys who beat up on kids are in same category of those who do same to females; cowards and bullies. They wouldn't dare throw a punch at a guy in an even match for fear their behinds would be given a serious beat down.

What our dads told us is true; only way to deal with a bully is to give him a taste of his own medicine. They then either slink away with tails between their legs, or otherwise get the message. Either way job is done.

Wth are you ranting about?

No one said this guy had any right to touch this kid.

Do you read or just go on flaming, nonsensical rants apropos of nothing?

So where does "There's probably more to the story like did the kid come close to hitting him on the bike, whether on purpose or not and did the kid throw the first punch." lead?

There is no "more to the story", you don't put your hands on a kid.

Even if the kid ran into this eegit with his bike, you think that is the first time it's happened on a city street?

If a 16 year old "kid" throws a punch at someone, that person has every right to throw a punch back. Don't know if that happened but don't pretend a 16 year old is a child.

The fact that he broke the kid's jaw doesn't hold much water that he was defending himself. The video footage will probably leak out later when he is arraigned. If you punch someone and leave your mark. Forget about the police, the lawyer will be knocking on the door soon.
