Can you point me to the days when good old white guys made up a majority of the homicide perps? I'm thinking maybe pre-1900, but I'd love to get more info.
There's always motorcycle (tiny motorcycle) gangs in NYC. I've seen them in the Bronx Brooklyn and Queens. They didn't just start appearing.
they ride into the city in droves, motorcycles, ATVs/Quads, dirt bikes, dual purposes, etc. running lights, ignoring rules of the road, popping wheelies and being general menaces.
many are not registered or street legal.
