I should have bouight her Guttenberg condo but it came with a $1400 HOA AND Real Estate taxes. I think those "extra costs" kept down the sales price.
But it was a spectacular apartment in a spectacular complex.

Do you mean lottery win as in MegaMillions/Powerball or NYC Housing Connect? I've done both and I think I have a better shot at MegaMillions/Powerball. My lowest log number so far is 14,404..... .
