Good Luck. I hope they fair better than previous cultures who help define
this great country. The United States of America.
Immigration policy is one of several major factors that affect the demographics of migrants to this country.

Could decentralize like Tokyo where you have Shinjuku, Shibuya, Akihabara, Tokyo Center, Ikkebukuro, Shinagawa, etc. all acting as downtowns. Maybe make a circle line doing at least Jamaica - Flushing - Midtown - Downtown - The Hub aka 149th st Bronx (?) - Downtown Brooklyn - Jersey City...

I'm dreaming again.
Oh in just three short years you can use Jamaica Station to take the LIRR to Grand Central.

The 7 train has improved greatly since about 6-7 years ago at it's most dysfunctional. It comes every 5 minutes at the longest even around 2-3pm. Once the LIRR goes to Grand Central station there will be more of a reason to live there. So constituents, real estate developers, speculators and residents should all be pressuring Cuomo as a concession for Amazon there needs to be East side access for LIRR ASAP. This will ensure middle class workers are able to live in good developed areas at an affordable cost without being too far of a commute from the city. LIRR fares should also be decreased and subsidized somehow. It only takes 15-20 minutes from Flushing LIRR to Penn Station. East side access would not just benefit Flushing however. It would benefit ALL Long Island residents and allow them to diversify their employment options.

The reason NYC is so exorbitantly over-priced is in part due to lack of reliable public transportation in general but particularly further out in all boroughs.

They have a solution for Soundview BX as well as South BK. Now it's time for Queens.
Keep in mind the Airtrain to Willets Point will be an expansion of area transit. People will be able to take LIRR to Grand Central, orvreverse and connect with the Airtrain at Willet Points.
