That guy looks like Paul Ryan in phenotype. Is Paul Ryan white?
Plenty of Puerto Ricans in NYC look like that guy.
You may not identify them as Puerto Ricans when you pass them in the street because ....they look white!
I know tons of Puerto Ricans who look like that.
The Rosie Perez type is an Afro-Puerto Rican look that some Puerto Ricans have, but not all or even most.

Well some NYC neighborhoods have very few white people (but many PRs), and when I go deep in The Bronx I rarely see people I think are white. So if it is common for Nuyoricans to be white, that would not be the case.

He would not stick out in the Mediterranean. He is clearly not a Northern European.
I don’t think anyone is denying the existence of white Puerto Rican’s, btw. The argument is over what percentage of the population.
Yeah, the point is that the vast majority are not as white as Benicio del Torro. Who I'm not even sure would be considered white based on his appearance.
