You shouldn't expect to hear anything until April, at least. I have an interview for this building next week and they're doing interviews until the 31st. My log is 4,xxx with disability preference.

Thanks. You've given us more insight than the building.

I had an interview like most in January for this building, my interviewer was very nice, one of the best I've ever had for a housing lottery. She explained to me that the process for this building is going to take a little while anywhere between 3 to 4 months, so hopefully soon, I'm guessing by April or May we should get more information. Sometimes no news is good news, because I am sure they are very quick to deny applications. My log #16xxx with CB, hoping for a two bedroom. good luck to everyone.
Hey everyone, has there been any update for any of you? I walked past the building today (was having lunch at clyde fraizers) It is not done, but it looks like its coming a long.
I just got my email today & have my interview on Friday. Someone mentioned about being denied because you have a new job? They can't do that...can they? I haven't even made a year at my job so that's a little disheartening to hear.
Also, I'm not sure if anyone noticed but on the nyc.gov/housingconnect website, the income range is lower than what they attach to the e-mail they send you when you are selected. My salary falls between the NEW income range they sent, which is :
Studio $913 → 1 person $32,640 - $40,080
1 bedroom $980 → 1 person $34,972 - $40,080
2 people $34,972 - $45,840
2 bedroom $1,183 → 2 people $41,966 - $45,840
3 people $41,966 - $51,540
4 people $41,966 - $57,240
But if you look at the website, the maximum is $38,100 for a studio and 1 bedroom.
What do you guys think??? I hope everything works out-this is my 2nd lottery.

Hey good luck with this building. They haven't been the best in this lottery for me. They're unresponsive and take forever! Good luck to you. I completely gave up on them.
