Did anyone apply for these???
If so has anyone been contacted?
How would you go about finding a log number on these?

Applied but no word yet either. They mail out log numbers with request for more information via postal, so keep checking your mailbox.

I have not heard anything yet either. I wonder if they have already completed the process of choosing who gets selected.

I was randomly selected and received a log # in the 400s... wonder what that means hopefully all goes well & move onto next step!

It means you've got 400+ people in front of you, for 11 total apartments, for only a fraction of which you likely are eligible.

Unless you have CB preference (meaning you live close by, basically), in which case, you've likely got significantly less than 400+ people in front of you, and you may actually be able to purchase a condo unit for cheap.

Best of luck!

Default Waverly

So we were 600+++ log number and where sent and email to verify income. So looked for all documents requested. Income comes in thru different resources and although giving in W2 and income tax for 2 years they wanted to estimate 2017 income would be in the requirements. We have been back and forth even with appeals in terms of income. According to the letter received in April 2017 there was only 1 - 2 bedroom left and 3 one bedroom Condos left. Good luck. I hope to move into the next stage and will write about it. Looking forward to that 2 bedroom left. long shot but here we go. By the way I attended an open house to general public just to see them inside .

good luck everyone

So I was looking in youtube how HPD lottery process happens. 1. we send applications. 2. Applications are entered into a computer system. 3. Computer gives log numbers. 4 Computer gives out log numbers according to preferences that is location where person lives and jobs or income.
I have been looking for information how process goes and there is very little information. So as I am in the process I will share any information that I may have. Verification of income has been received on my end for the Waverly Condos we have been back and forth as to proof of income. Yesterday received another email for more proof to be submitted hopefully this means they are really considering me for that 2 bedroom condo that is left.
