I guess nobody needs to be told that it's goddam cold outside.
We are back on our in-house boilers after months of being on a "rent-a-boiler" while we were converting fuels and building a 45 story chimney. The rent-a boiler was fine only down to freezing but not much below.
We are holding about 70F at dawn, but not much more.
But no complaints, when the Sun comes in at about 8AM we'll get a few more degrees.
I'm very lucky, I live in an apartment building and we get very good heat. Sometimes I actually have to turn on the fan or open a window to get some air in here. I have no control over it, but never complain because I would rather have to much heat than not enough.
On the rare occasions it is cold in here I am miserable, but I also realize what I consider "cold" is probably normal temps for everyone else.
