Can't answer that question without knowing where in Queens and without knowing the condition.

It can range from $300K to $800k depending on the neighborhood.

From the little I can see, it appears to be in good condition and have a pretty decent lot. I'll say $550,000

Now that I'm looking at this picture again...I think I've seen it before.

If I'm not mistaken, I believe the asking price is outrageous ($849k) and the inside is half updated. If this is the house I'm thinking about, the kitchen is nothing to be desired.

On a side note, the color scheme of the house is awful. They should really repaint it to burgundy or burnt sienna
