Hi everyone,
I am new here hoping to get some help. Something serious happened to our family few weeks ago, so the district atourney helped us file a trauma transfer. Now the thing is for those type of transfers it gets expedited but we don't get to chose the development its random. We know the chances are low, but we are going to ask anyway just in case.
We are currently living in Alfred E Smith, I am wondering which are the better developments we should chose from? we would like a place that is preferably lower east side because my family is Chinese, and my parents need to access chinatown. Transportation makes them sick. (they ride bikes) any help is appreciated.
I researched about Fulton buildings (chelsea area) does anyone know about those?

try 92 allen street. I've been in there before. Close to chinatown and the building is ok.

Do anyone know the NYC housing authority priority codes for the waiting list?
