I read once that there was one murder (other than the victims of the terrorist attack) in New York City on September 11, 2001. Is there any information on this murder? I can't seem to find it. Also to go off-topic, how many people have to be murdered in one incident for it to not count in the stats. Because technically 2001 should hold the record for most New York City murders, and not 1991 (or 1990, I forget which).

Im curious about that does it not count toward the crime rate? Aurora's crime rate must have really soared?
