I am interested in exploring Brooklyn full service buildings and wanted to ask if anyone has familiarity with the following apartment buildings:

The Smith-78 Smith Street
The Boulevard East- 53 Boerum Pl.
State Renaissance Court- 200 Schermerhorn St.

One Hanson Place

I would be interested to learn of other similar type buildings.

Thank you.

Where in Brooklyn...it's a big county with ton of people. Are you looking around Downtown Brooklyn area?

Sorry, can't help. I'm familiar with luxury apartments in Downtown Brooklyn and DUMBO but not around there.

Good luck.

Just FYI, One Hanson is in Ft. Greene, not Clinton Hilll which is further out from the city. Aside from the fact that it used to be a bank and office building I don't know anything about ithe apartments there, but I will easily recommend the Ft. Greene neighborhood as a very cool, diverse, and interesting slice of brownstone Brooklyn with easy subway access to Manhattan.

FT greene is all off the above. But I will add that the neighborhood has changed slightly. I used to live there 2 years ago. As of late all the bad news I've been hearing about are ipad and iphone muggings in the area - due to 2 or 3 projects in the vicinity. Also the noise from the almost 24/7 construction off the stadium have driven surrounding residents away since day one.

As for the OP, you might want to visit real estate websites such as Corcoran or AptsandLofts and others if you are looking for more luxury rentals in Brooklyn than the ones you listed.
