8th Avenue is Port Authority area and they have been known for their homelessness for awhile.

The spelling has nothing to do with it. It's more the abysmal grammar. And don't blame it as a "common fault of us brits" since most British I know and work with write wonderfully.

Every time i went in to MacDonald’s on 8th there were guys in wheel chairs 1 even had a sign saying HIV not sure what that’s all about like, is it a lot a play acting like we have in my city that they are not really down on there luck just after fast cash?.
I have no problem giving to the needy or less off; i just think at times they don’t help themselves
