Nice as a neighborhood gets with a few drawbacks. Mostly 1 & 2 family homes with I think there are some apartments on 35th avenue in a complex, that go for a couple of blocks. Shopping is good in the area on Bell BLVD which is about 10 or so blocks away and there's some basic shopping on 35th ave. Theres a steakhouse not too far and an Italian joint I use to go to thats dope the name escapes me.. If you drive, the clearview is a stones throw. pre-dominantly white and asian, if that matters. Everything pretty much is on Bell.

Cons: Only Transportation is the LIRR at Aburndale which is a few blocks away
or a local bus to the 7 Train.

Pros: Great school district, shopping, amenities, SAFE.
