Wow, actual affordable units! I live right here and have watched the building go up. It’s going to be a gorgeous building. Will be pretty annoying living in that area during rush hour with all of the horns and traffic, but the apartments will probably be worth it lol

I can hear the horns just thinking about being within a two-block radius of the building.

With good windows and carpeting, street noise is not a problem.

They will have a garage, I see it when passing the building. Parking isn’t too bad but I imagine it will be once this building (and the smaller building under construction next to it) are opened. There are no legal spots on Coney Island ave in that specific part, and none on the other side of Coney Island ave due to the precinct (SRG 3 I think)

Difficult on early Sunday evenings, late at night, and in the mornings on alternate side days. But otherwise I really can’t complain. But I’m about two blocks away.

I don’t love the specific corner the building is on, but there’s nothing wrong with it. It’s a safe neighborhood, district 15 schools. The building is right next to a horse stable which can smell really bad at times. Also park circle is crazy and chaotic during rush hour. But there’s some cute side streets and you can’t beat being so close to the park
