I hope so! it kinda feels like they are stalling by asking for more nonsense letters that they could've asked for last time but im sure its all part of the process i guess. doesn't help that none of them respond to emails or phone calls tho. I don't think they'll need anything else after this so hopefully that means ill get to at least see an apartment soon. not that im complaining this is the closest ive ever been to getting a lottery apartment

if you don't mind me asking, how much is the rent for your studio? and is it a true studio or one of those studios with a home office

im curious because the income/ rent list on the original listing is so long and confusing

congrats again!!!! I hope to be your neighbor soon

good question! i was looking at the floor plans for studios in this building and looks like there's at least 4 distinct styles. If i could choose the the one with the office room in the back that seems great! but the other layouts are nice too

I did not hear back yet! I’m getting A little nervous but they’re usually late with things anyways I guess. They said I had 5 business days to submit more documents back on the 17th. I thought I was hearing back sometimes this week. But I guess I’ll have to wait a week longer?
