Can anyone who is following this lottery/thread closely tell the highest log number they've reached for CB people?

The highest I’ve seen being requested for documents was 17,xxx but that was on 01/24.. that was the same day I got the request to submit documents too & im 11,xxx w CB

Hi everyone, for people that has signed the lease, how did you guys pay the first month and deposit? Also, did your lease have a start date on it? The lease that I signed have a start date for March 6th but haven’t gotten any instructions on how or where to pay and when I’ll be able to pick up keys.

I just got my lease today with a bunch of other documents. My lease does have a start date of 3/15 (which I chose) and amongst the other documents, there was a letter from the marketing agency that states they want first month’s and security deposit by check or money order, no cash and whom to make it out to. I was told that after you sign the lease, management reaches out to you to bring the payments and to pick up keys. My letter said I have to have this done by 3/11. I hope that helps!
