That's such BS honestly :/ Seeing the new lottery apartments nowadays make me wonder how multi-generational households or even a family with 1 child could live in any of these comfortably. I can personally bear with the small space because I'm only supporting myself but it's crazy how they get away with building small spaces like these and call it luxury housing for households of 2-5 people.
Seriously! I mean, don’t get me wrong, it’s my only chance of affording my own apartment so I’ll take it lol, but it’s sad to see them basically admit that they needed high numbers of units vs really approaching it based on the needs of people who will live there.
Somebody was called for CB in that range. I’m in the low 6000s with CB and no contact and my application status still just says “applied” so I’m not anticipating anything this month lol.
They’re cleaning the windows right now internally. I can tell you this building is gonna be nice when it’s done. The area like I’ve said before isn’t that bad. You’re gonna be living directly across the street from the A train, grocery stores like Fine Fare are at your feet. 207th street is coming up with a lot of residential housing, it’s looking different now. Good luck to all. Post pictures when you get in
