I don’t care for anyones opinion, im not the only person that pointed out the heavy drug use. Its not a debate. I don’t ever recall me complaining about the noise, I’ve lived in nyc my entire life. Idc who moves here and have no desire to stay here. You could live in harmony amongst the heavy drug use and crime. I refuse to raise any kids in this type of environment. When I’m done with my degree in a few years i plan on leaving the city. You don’t pay my rent and I don’t pay yours. Whats for you is your business I could care less.
I was making a general comment for the board - my experience with the area wasn’t specific to your case.

How many of the units do you qualify on household size alone? Of that number X, how many to you qualify for on household income? Of that number X, are there any that you nearly qualify for on household income?
Your log# is low enough to suggest you will be contacted. Keep patient. The building might not be under time pressure to contact people quickly. It’s a new building it might be months away from having people move in. Once the first groups of people are contacted it can take much time to complete processing those applications.
If the process is take a long time that does not mean anything is wrong. In some ways, a longer wait can better your chances as other households drop out as time goes bye.
