Never had that happen, but is that ok and reasonable to you?
You didn't answer my question but I have a feeling the answer is a rude one. It's not, definitely disappointing about the system in general. I reached out because if it is a valid reason I want to understand but I am in a different lottery building so it doesn't really matter because I'd probably say no to it anyway.
Why on earth would you withdraw your application regardless of how high your number is? Ive gotten called with log 20,xxx. I only withdraw if they call me and I’m not interested in the property.
well maybe you had a high log with a preference, i don't have any cb/preferences so if a log # is over 25k-500k there is no reason for me to keep dreaming... i like to be realistic in my search.
I just double-checked my excel sheet (yes, I have one lol) all my log numbers are the same. One thing I noticed is that sometimes after an update/maintenance on the HC Website, the name of a dependant will be heading the DashBoard instead of the actual HOH being the name on top. So weird.

I have DEFINITELY seen this.. i logged in at least 3 times and saw my child's name on the dashboard instead of mine. husband's name has never been there lol
Yes HC log numbers change. The KIAs here will deny it or explain it away.
I'm sorry but what does KIA stand for? All I can think of is "killed in action"
