How long did HPD review take for you? (ranked, affordable)

Got an email saying that processed as backup after one month of submitting documents.
Now waiting for another building. Submitted on 9/14/23. Wondering should I email my project manager ? Any advise ?
Curious if anyone has any insight on how fast HPD approval process is going right now?
Last month it only took a single day to be approved (same income cap as the one I am going for now). I submitted back on 9/20 and still haven't heard back this round yet. Maybe the holiday on Monday set them back some.

Just make sure to let them know the development name and your log numbers they respond within business 3 days and just be like I was recently told my application was submitted to HPD, how do I go about finding out if hpd have received my application to be reviewed. They will let u know if they received it or not and for any updates to contact your management office

wait ? can someone be approved by HPD without even seeing a unit? i am so confused i think my agent submitted me for hpd but i have never even seen a unit, i only signed the TIC.
