I haven't received anything. Mostly likely, they are still putting paperwork together to mail out. I hope they have at least finished the lottery.

I think they must just be starting to mail out - got mine today. 1 bdr with a log number under 100. $50 to hold the spot. Trying not to squeal like a teenage girl - I never get picked for anything.

Are you sure they are asking for $50? It said in the FAQ $200. That's odd.

white letter with mutual redevelopment houses 321 eighth avenue. I got a question for people that went through the process with penn south how is the process do the coop pick and choose who lives there and should I include my gf as a household member because she will be living me but she is not family and her income with mine still does qualify. I am worry the coop board will reject us because we are not married. Thanks in advance.
