today Prestige management call me to sign a paper not bring my 2015 tax documents, the lady told me she going to submit my file for income variations, she said most of the time they get reply the same day, so hopefully they call me next week to view apartment..keeping my fingers crossed
And no response from them? What's your log number? Preferences or non preferences ?

I got two kids, boy & girl plus my wife i really want 3 bedroom but I don't know if I can get it

That's great! Congrats! It was a longggggggg process but it is worth it for that rent price. Bc a 2 bedrooms regular is going for $1,400-$1,500 a month

Being that my log number in preferences is so high. And I kinda have a July deadline to move out , I'm looking for apartments outside of the affordable housing . The rent is so high
I'm kinda in the same boat. I had a February interview date and I have two preferences and still nothing. My landlord has given me till January but it feels like if this doesn't come through, my options are slim.
800??? But howwwwwww if mines is 462, with no preference and I been interviewed in November! This is ridiculous! I have a feeling they going to skip mines!!!! 😔
Amourlee, I don't know whats going on but I'm losing hope, We haven't even gotten a second interview, credit check or verification and its been about going on to five months.....I don't know why call us in for an interview and don't give us an update between the time frame that they said which was 7-10 weeks from the interview date. I would be happy if they can tell us if they will still process our application or not.

I know, this is ridiculous. I called last week and emailed my current new job employment verification and they still haven't even gotten back to me. All they said last week was that they just got to the non preferences and are going down the list. It is crazy.
And then the prospect place one told me they will do credit check right away and they haven't even done that yet. I also emailed them my current employment verification and no answer. Smh. I don't wanna to get discouraged but damn this is too much.
